Background -

This is an opportunity to work with one of the most stable practices in Weston-super-Mare, a forward-thinking, education centric Training practice. There's no duty doctor system and you'll benefit from a monthly CPD session in addition to your annual study leave.

Salary - £9,000 - £10,000 per session + full indemnity cover + 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave

• GP Training practice
• Outstanding modern building offering a superb working environment
• Working with a mixed patient base
• Low visiting practice
• Team of permanent GPs and Nurse Practitioner - no Locum usage
• Excellent admin processes in place including workflow optimisation
• High QOF achieving

Your role -

• Salaried GP post and also open to Partnership
• Circa 6 sessions per week - flexibility
• Reasonable workload - mixture of f2f and tel calls (10 mins)
• 12 minute appointments for f2f
• To work as part of a team that is well-supported and helps each other out
