6-8 session Salaried GP, Carlisle, Cumbria circa £76,000 - £80,000 FTE + indemnity cover, GMS surgery, view to partnership available if desired

Please read on if you wish to work in a long established and high achieving practice in Carlisle where you will be able to work in a well-managed, sustainable environment amongst friendly, relaxed colleagues. The surgery team is very stable and cohesive and benefits from excellent communication across the practice with regular meetings and forums for colleague input. The practice has an excellent team and structure supported by an experienced and very effective Practice Manager. The practice conditions here will be welcomed by a GP of any experience. Key Information
  • 6-8 sessions a week available
  • Large surgery with excellent facilities
  • Friendly and cohesive GP team offering great support and fair share working
  • Very well managed workload with engaging patients and low home visit requirement
  • EMIS Web practice software
  • GMS surgery contract
  • Excellent Nurse Practitioner, Practice Nurse and Health Care Assistant support
  • Experienced Practice Manager and support team to ensure the practice is well organised and structured
  • View to partnership available if desired with no buy in
