4-8 session Salaried GP, Slough Area, £80,000 FTE Plus Indemnity Cover

Please read on to discover more about an excellent surgery near Slough who are looking to bring in a new Salaried GP. The role is at a well established training practice who are able to offer a lot of support for development, meaning the role is ideally suited to newly qualified GP's or those with more experience. There is extensive clinical support including ANP's, Pharmacists and nurses, they also have a comprehensive administrative team including medical secretaries and clinical coders which has led to very well managed admin work for the GP's. The workload on offer is also very well organised with GP's having a maximum of 15 patient contacts per session. Specialist interest areas are welcome, and support would be offered for GP's wanting to run specialist clinics.

Key Information
  • 4-8 sessions a week available
  • Modern purpose built practice building with onsite parking
  • Practice population circa 15,000
  • Extensive clinical support including nurses, HCA's, ANP's and pharmacists
  • Comprehensive clerical support including medical secretaries and clinical coders, highly efficient work flow management system
  • Close knit team who hold regular clinical meetings as well as social events
  • Training practice with registrars already in place
  • Options to develop interest areas and run special clinics
  • Approximately 15 patient contacts per day (f2f and calls)
  • Low home visits, 2-3 a week
  • Flexible working arrangements in terms of session times, working days
  • Practice uses Emis Web
  • Near perfect QOF score and Good CQC report
