Salaried GP - £10,000 / session

A truly excellent surgery in South East London for a Salaried GP to join their already excellent team in Lewisham with a salary of up to £10,000/session + several benefits.

Our pro-active client have undoubtably one of the best surgeries / set ups I have ever worked with! They operate with a triage system, where patients are triaged and booked in to appropriate clinicians. They have quite a young demographic which means they are very light on home visits.

A purpose-built surgery who not only have a brilliant set up (detailed below) are very much about ensuring all staff are happy and looked after, which is clear by their unique offering. They firmly believe that GPs must have a good work / life balance. This is highlighted by their completely flexible working schedule and start and finish times. They are looking for a salaried GP to join their practice and be an essential part of the team and growth plans. There will be opportunities to progress into a Partner if both parties so desire.

They are very flexible on start and finish times and you can work anything from 6-8 sessions per week. They also have admin and support staff, who are dedicated to the GPs. They have 5 GP Partners, 4 Salaried GPs 4 nurses and a full quota of admin and support staff.
