4-8 session Salaried GP, High Wycombe Area, Up to £80,000 FTE + Indemnity covered

Please read on to discover more about a vacancy that has arisen at a superb practice in the High Wycombe area for a Salaried GP to join an excellent existing team. There would be extensive support on offer for GP's to develop interest areas and they already run a number of specialist clinics already. There is a superb and well organised clinical and clerical support team in place which has resulted in a very well managed surgery and workload. The GP's currently see around 14 patients per session and most home visits are undertaken by the ANP. They also have a very efficient work flow optimisation scheme in place which means the GP's deal with a minimal amount of paperwork. The surgery is high achieving and their CQC report rated them Good overall. There is also a supportive and friendly working environment resulting in a very pleasant atmosphere to work in.

• 4-8 sessions a week available
• Converted practice building with onsite parking
• Friendly and cohesive existing team with high levels of experience
• Work load of circa 14 consultations a session
• Low home visits
• Well managed administration with highly trained clerical support team
• Practice uses Emis Web and Docman
• Good CQC report
• Comprehensive and highly trained clinical support team in place including ANP's, HCA's, Phlebotomists and Specialist Practice Nurses
• Weekly clinical meetings and regular teaching and training sessions
