Physician Associate – Full Time – Shadbolt Practice, Worcester Park – Surrey

At IMH, providing patient care is at the heart of what we do, and we don’t want to stop there. We currently have a Physician Associate role available in our Shadbolt Practice in Surrey. The details are:

  • Annual salary of up to £32,000 - £38,000 DOE
  • Medical Indemnity covered
  • 27 Days Holiday (pro Rata) + Bank Holidays
  • NHS Pension
  • 40 hours per week (days/hours flexible)
  • Role available ASAP

Practice Profile:

The Shadbolt Park House Surgery is a forward thinking and dynamic practice with a patient population of circa 8000 patients and employs 6 GP's as well as our own Pharmacist.   You would be joining another PA so there would be peer support as well as GP supervision.  We can offer:-

  • Dedicated Education, Management and Clinical MDT meetings including consultant teaching on-site on a regular basis
  • Opportunity to develop new skills as your confidence builds
  • In-house appraisals to support your development
  • Full complement of services including phlebotomy, minor surgery, well woman clinics, joint injections and ultrasound

Support, Training and Development - We offer a wide range of learning and teaching opportunities, such as clinical supervision for Physician Associates/ Pharmacists/GP returners in training. Our clinicians benefit from up to 50 hours free CPD (achieved online via Bluestream) whilst mandatory training is also provided online. You’ll benefit from the expertise within our clinical network and gain support towards appraisal and revalidation. Our central teams support the practice network across the areas of Clinical Governance, CQC, Clinical Leadership, HR, Recruitment, Practice Operations, Education & Training and Finance/Payroll. This includes management support to ensure that our GPs feel valued and listened to.
