Background -

This is an opportunity to work in a supportive, Training practice working for a practice at the forefront of new ideas and innovation. Patients are thoroughly screened and designated to the appropriate clinician, admin for GPs is heavily reduced and the practice is generally very low-visiting.

Salary - Salaried GP £10,000 - £11,000 per session + Indemnity paid or high-earning Partnership

Location - Cosham

The surgery -

  • GP Training Practice
  • Geared towards reducing GP workload
    • Clinical support team of Nurse Practitioners, Paramedic, Pharmacist
    • Administrative support team of highly-trained Read Coders
  • Successful strict protocols/processes in place, vibrant team
  • Pilots new schemes ahead of full implementation across the area
  • High QOF achieving
  • Superb IT structure and support and organised practice
  • Happy to support specialist interests

Your role -



  • 4 - 8 sessions per week
  • Reasonable, fair & equitable workload
  • Less than 1 home visit per day
  • No extended hours for Salaried GPs
  • Using SystmOne Clinical system
