Compass Associates are proud to be representing a leading primary healthcare organisation in their search for a GP Clinical Lead to join their team in Croydon. This GP service has a patient list of circa 6,000 and has been recently rated as *GOOD* by the CQC. The practice is in a great location for public transport and is close to shops and amenities.   
   
You will work alongside the Practice Manager to support the surgery in development, delivery and reviews. Working with commissioning group to improve the service and drive the service forward.  The ideal candidate will be a fully registered GP with experience in developing a GP practice. You will have experience mentoring clinical members of staff.   
   
This is a part time position, up to 5 sessions where you will work both clinically and as part of management. Along with a competitive salary (£10,000 session), you will also receive 30 days holidays + bank holidays, CPD leave, NHS pension.   
    
We are also recruiting GP's for sessional or full-time positions.                     
   
The Candidate            
      

• You must hold a valid registration with the GMC and be registered as a GP in England
• MRCGP member
• Strong communication skills
• Organisational skills.

 
Location          
This position is based in Croydon and is commutable from Dartford, Sevenoaks, Crawley, Epsom, Guildford, Slough, Reading, Ilford, Grays, London, Tonbridge or Rochester.
