Remit              

Compass Associates are proud to be representing a leading private healthcare company in their search for a Salaried GP to join their team in a GP service in Luton. You will work alongside the supportive multi-disciplinary team who strive to achieve high standards of patient care. Our client is looking for a GP with experience of developing and practice whilst leading and mentoring a clinical team. You will be responsible for developing clinical services and engaging with commissioning groups whilst continuing to carry out clinical sessions.

Our client is looking for either a full-time or part-time candidate to join this modern GP service with circa 9,000 registered patients. The salary on offer is around £9,500 per session, however this is negotiable based on experience. Additionally you will receive NHS pension, 30 days holiday plus bank holidays, training and development along with many more excellent company benefits.     

The Candidate         

• You must hold a valid registration with the GMC and be registered as a GP in England
• MRCGP examination or equivalent experience
• Strong communication skills
• Good organisational skills
• Engagement in regular clinical work
• Excellent knowledge of principles and values that support good medical practice
• Passionate and committed to delivering a quality and patient focused service

Location

This role is based in Luton, Bedfordshire and is commutable from Stevenage, Milton Keynes, Watford, Hemel Hempstead, St Albans and Welwyn Garden City.
