Compass Associates are proud to be representing a leading private healthcare company in their search for a Service Manager to lead their team in a GP service in Essex. 

This service has a patient list of circa 11,000 and requires a manager with experience in troubleshooting. We require a manager with a background in improving CQC requirements in a GP practice and experience in finance, marketing, HR, business development and clinical governance. 

As service manager, you will be responsible for performance management, implementing and delivering service improvement plans, quality and outcome framework, KPI's, budgets and CQC. 


  • Troubleshooting experience.  
  • Experience within a GP service/ primary healthcare environment.
  • Knowledge of NHS framework, CQC and the CCG.
  • Service/ Practice management
  • Excellent communication skills


This position is based in Chelmsford and is commutable from Colchester, Braintree , Harlow, Clacton-on-Sea, Southend-on-Sea, Stevenage, Ipswich, Cambridge, Hertfordshire and Kent.
