Primary Care People are currently working with a number of Practices across Birmingham and Staffordshire, to secure a limited number of GPs on lucrative, long-term, contracts.

This position would provide the suitable candidate(s) with the opportunity to benefit from the remuneration of a locum position and the stability of a traditional Salaried role, with the potential to lead into permanent posts if desired.

A start date could be flexible as, although interested in speaking with GPs that are available immediately, our clients would also be more than happy to bide their time for the right GP(s).

Our clients are specifically looking GPs that can integrate as a key part of their team and help them improve the Continuity of Care for their patients… They may be able to offer a flexible package in terms of sessions also to fit around outstanding candidates’ commitments.

Additional Benefits

The Interim GP role has been introduced by Primary Care People to “bridge the gap” between salaried and locum GPs. Hence these positions are ideal for GPs interested in the Continuity and Quality of Patient Care, the guaranteed income and security of a long-term contract, along with lucrative rates normally only associated with Locum roles.

Dedicated Consultant to guide you through every step of the recruitment process.
