A locum is required to work as part of a Multi-disciplinary Team (MDT) to provide assessments, clinical diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation management of complex musculoskeletal sports, exercise and training injuries. Investigation and treatment interventions such as MSK US, Injection Therapy and summary's for medical boards on discharge.
Essential Requirements / Qualifications / Experience
Must be registered with the General Medical Council (GMC) both on the main register and on the GMC GP Register without Restrictions and hold a Sports and Exercise Medicine Diploma or Master's degree or Specialist Register Sports & Exercise Medicine (SEM)/Fellow Sports & Exercise Medicine (FSEM). A minimum of 3 years' experience in SEM is required.
