Background -
We are recruiting a salaried GP, for a practice geared towards addressing the challenges primary care currently faces. The success of the practice is based on their proactive, rather than reactive approach to change. Their clinical set-up and infrastructure, has meant that they are ahead of the curve; benefiting from good clinical ratios, a diverse range of clinicians and added layers of admin support. The structure of the surgery and additional help, mean that GPs enjoy a more reasonable work load; meaning a better work/life balance for the GP's.

Salary - £10,000 per session + indemnity cover + 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave


Location - South Birmingham


The surgery -

• Skill mix including Pharmacist and ANPs
• Excellent premises based in deprived area
• Friendly, supportive, innovative
• Low-visiting

Your role -

• 4 - 8 sessions Salaried GP including admin time
• To be part of a successful and enjoyable team
• Reasonable face-to-face workload
• Face-to-face consultations, low number of home visits due to patient demographic
