Background -
A rare opportunity to work as a Salaried GP for a forward-thinking practice with exciting future plans. The practice, which is based just outside Tonbridge, has completed a lot of work to relieve its GPs administrative burden with workflow redirection including the recruitment of a Pharmacist. Low-visiting practice with just 1 visit per week per Salaried GP.

Salary - £9,000 - £10,000 per session + 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave


Location - Tonbridge area

• GP Training practice
• Mainly affluent patient base
• Keen education interest - training of Nurses as well as GPs
• Stable team of GPs and Advanced Nurse Practitioners
• Supported by Practice Pharmacist and team of Practice Nurses

• GPs meet weekly with visiting consultants/business meetings/clinical meetings
• CQC Good across the board
• 15 minutes from Tonbridge

Your role -

• Salaried GP
• 4 - 8 sessions
• Only 1 home visit per WEEK per GP
• Reduced admin due to workflow redirection
• On-call rota and supported by ANP
