This practice has a lovely family feel to it and they are now looking for an additional GP who will really want to contribute to the long term future of the practice and integrate fully with the patients.
The practice has been established in the area for many years and has a very loyal patient base. They are due to move into brand new purpose built premises in a few months time and this will expand the practice to accommodate an additional 2 GPs. Currently there are 2 fte GPs working here.
The practice is predominantly private billing, just bulk billing under 16s and Drs see between 4 – 5 patients per hour, you can work at your own speed. The practice has nursing support to assist and the practice is paperless and fully computerised.
You would receive 60% of billings in year one rising to 62.% in year 2, 65% in year 3 then 70% in subsequent years
$100ph minimum hourly guarantee
Potential offer of partnership after 12-18 months.
Open Monday – Friday and Saturday & Sunday mornings.
Working 1:4 weekends is preferable
Up to 6 weeks leave per year – closed for 2 weeks over Christmas period.
Minimum 2 year contract.
Relocation assistance may also be negotiable.
To be considered for this position you must have MRCGP and UK Specialist training or FRACGP or equivalent.
