111 Clinical Lead
NHS 111 is the new 24/7/365 service providing patients access to the most appropriate urgent care for their needs, without the need for repeated assessment.
Harmoni is delighted to have been chosen as the preferred provider for the 111 pilot service for Croydon and are now looking for a Clinical Lead, ideally with experience of delivering GP healthcare services within the Croydon area.
With an ability to influence the agenda both at a local and national level, the successful candidate will work closely with Commissioning Clinical Leads and other key stakeholders of the 111 service to further enhance end to end pathways and partnership working.
You will promote and support clinical audits and work with the local management team by providing clinical input to complaints and incidents, working within the established clinical governance framework of the service.
The role also forms part of the Croydon 111 Clinical Governance Group (CGG) and requires attendance at the weekly CGG meeting in Croydon (currently held either on a Wednesday or Thursday).
The 111 service will be delivered from the Harmoni regional call centre in Southall, West London where regular attendance will be expected to provide professional guidance to our existing team of 111 Clinical Advisors.
